Setback and Grading/Drainage Certificates

For your building projects, we verify that the setback limits are not exceeded and that the grading improvements comply with your site plan. We will provide a stamped certification letter addressed to the city or county if required.

Legal Descriptions and Exhibits

We can provide stamped legal descriptions and prepare exhibit maps to be included with legal documents for easements, or as needed in other various circumstances
